Most HappyFeet schools and our HappyFeet Facility/Park bill monthly on the first day of the month and will continue until notification is received. There are no rainout makeups for Classes in the Park, but you can join another class at a different location and time during the week. A few schools bill bimonthly or for a 7, 10, or longer-week session. There is no long-term commitment and no annual fee. HappyFeet sessions are not held the week of 12/24-1/1. By accessing our website or enrolling a child in any HappyFeet class, league, camp, or event (collectively, the “Programs”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Parents or legal guardians must be at least 18 years old to create an account and register a minor participant. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless a payment plan is offered and selected. Prices are subject to change until checkout is completed. Payments are processed securely by a PCI DSS-compliant third-party gateway; we do not store full credit card numbers.
Soccer involves inherent physical risks. By enrolling, you certify that your child is medically cleared to participate, voluntarily assume all associated risks, and release HappyFeet Legends International, its staff, franchisees, and facilities from liability for ordinary negligence to the extent allowed by law.
Participants must follow all staff directions and venue rules. Parents must disclose any relevant health conditions or allergies during registration. We reserve the right to remove any participant who poses a safety concern or disrupts the Program; no refund will be provided in such cases.
With your consent during registration, photos or videos of participants may be used in HappyFeet marketing and training materials. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting [email protected].

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HappyFeet Legends International will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding the fees paid for the Program giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HappyFeet Legends International, its affiliates, coaches, franchisees, and staff from any claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your or your child’s breach of these Terms or participation in our Programs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johnson County, Kansas or the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.
At our sole discretion, any dispute may be required to be resolved via binding arbitration in Johnson County, Kansas, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party will bear its own costs unless otherwise awarded.
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted with an updated Effective Date. If material changes are made, registered users will be notified via email. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
